ORDERING
After you have placed your order, tempoparis.com will send you
an automatic e-mail confirmation for your order. Your credit card will
not be charged until your order has been shipped. Once your order is
shipped you will receive a notification e-mail with the tracking
number to track your order with the carrier.
Once your order has
been processed you can check any time the status of your order by
following the link provided to you in the email confirming your
order.
Please make sure your email is accurate and add our email
info@tempoparis.com to your white list so it will not be flagged as
spam. Phone numbers are optional but we recommend adding it as it
will help our team members to contact you regarding your order and
service you better.
Stock availability
All
products are subject to availability. Most of our products will be
shipped out within 7-10 business days. Orders must be placed before 2pm
EST in order to be processed the same business day. All orders placed
after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day.
If you order
more than one item, you may receive your order in more than one
shipment. You will be notified of the status of your order via email
or you can check the status of your order anytime online.
Special Order
Special
orders are orders for dresses that are not available for immediate
shipping but will become available at a later date. Some special
orders has to be made once we place it with our designers. Please
indicate your desired Wear Date. Once you place a special order we
will notify you about the delivery date and upon your approval the
order will be processed. No cancellation accepted for special orders
once it was placed and confirmed, we will charge up to 50% of the order
value as a cancellation fee.
Once you approve the delivery date we will charge your card.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders
are orders placed on merchandise that is not in stock for immediate
delivery but will be shipped at the date indicated on the website. By
placing a pre-order, you will be receiving your order as the item
becomes available. If you order a Pre-Order item your credit card will be
charged once the order has been accepted.
All pre-order dates are subject to change. If a pre-order
date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the merchandise will be shipped
the next business day. All Cancellations of Pre-Order items are not cancellable.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as your order has not been processed.
Once an order has been processed and confirmed (i.e., payment
verified and item ordered and invoiced by our designers), you cannot
cancel your order. All Cancellations will incur a 50 percent cancellation
fee.
Once your order is shipped, you cannot cancel. Orders shipped
and refused by customers will incur up to 50% restocking fee plus
shipping charges that will be debited from your account.

Methods of Payment

accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, Western Union ,Money Order ,Bank
Transfer. tempoparis.com
does not accept personal checks, certified checks or COD.
All
customers are subject to credit card verification. When your credit
card is authorized; your funds will be put on hold until the order is
shipped. Once the order is shipped, the payment is processed. Your
billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card
statement. If any of the information differs, the order will not be
processed.
If your Shipping Address is different than your Billing
Address, we are required to verify this information with your bank or
your credit card company. As a result, your order may be subject to
delay. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the verification process. To
help expedite this process, we ask you to contact your credit card
company or your bank and add the alternative shipping address to your
account. You may also fax us at (212) 391-8213 or email us at
info@tempoparis.com a picture ID with the cardholders name on it,
authorizing us to ship to a different address other then the billing.
International buyers
In order to expedite
the processing of your orders use PayPal as a method of payment
.PayPal is the safest way to pay for your internet purchases. It is
fast and FREE. Using PayPal will protect you as a buyer and will
avoid any fraud.
Please note that international orders go through a
manual credit card verification process which may cause a delay of 1
to 2 business days to your order. By choosing PayPal as a your method
of payment your order will be process faster. If you don't have a
PayPal account and choose to use your credit card we would gladly
accept it. We accept all major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

Please
contact us and notify us that your payment has been sent so we can
reserve your order. Orders will be held only for 5 days from the day
you placed your order
